Health Tips

I would like to begin some dialog for our mutual benefit regarding the quest for superior health and vigor. As the Boomers age, and their offspring, life proves over and over that our health is indeed our greatest wealth. Folks are exercising more, eating right, and determined to stop and reverse the effects of time and gravity. We all want to hurt less, take up less space, and accomplish our dreams unhindered by physical limitations. Ultimate health and vigor is attainable and I will share some of the home remedies and life recipies that have worked for us. Please share yours. Thank you for participating.

  1. Congratulations…this looks great and very interested in what you have to share on nutrition. When you have a chance go to the web site I listed and look at ingredients in these products and let me know what you think. Not that you don’t have enough going on already…We are learning a lot with our course and hope to have a website going soon. Blessings…And I have read the book and it is FANTASTIC!!!     1. So glad The Keeper is a blessing to you and others! Thank you for taking the time to comment. Nutritionally speaking, aim for 60% or more RAW food. There are wonderful on line resources for “going Raw”, and I will post them soon. Stay organic and raw on produce and nuts and research some good sites for Raw food preparation. This is especially nice to do in warm weather. Jesus be near!
